I have removed the metals in electronic scrap with HNO3, afterwards i dissolved the gold in aqua regia (HCL 3:1 HNO3). After deriving the tetrachloroauric acid from the solution i added pure sodium metabisulfite without dissolving it in water first. I did not get the gold out and the sodium metabisulfite doesn't react with the solution anymore. Can you explain to me how i can derive the gold out of the solution? I apologize for using english, my russian is not good.
