Technical Sales (латексы и лакокраска)
Major functions and responsibilities :
Manage key accounts, develop and pursue customer strategies, identify areas for sustainable growth, develop and maintain key account profiles
Grow and maintain profitable sales; deliver agreed objectives & results
Identify and realise potential business opportunities
Establish and maintain contact
Deliver sales/technical presentations
Activities and duties :
Identify/Support Business Opportunities
Conduct regular assessment of business opportunities by monitoring competitor activity
Attend meetings, conferences, seminars, etc.
Establish and Maintain contact with Customers
Sell products to customer decision makers
Liaise with internal resources in order to organize all customer related activities - quality, logistics, etc.
Attend trade shows, conferences, etc. as necessary
Determine future customer needs in terms of existing accounts, existing/emerging products and process requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Engineering, Chemistry
English not lower than intermediate level
Results oriented
Good business/sales acumen
Excellent negotiation skills
Ability to build strong, multi-level relationships with customers
Strong technical ability
Team player
