The Famous FMCG Company (Top-3) looks for Standards Office Manager in R&D Department

 

Functions

1. Create and register R&D and Regulatory documentation

Manage creation, registration; putting to the company’s operation software and in paper database all kinds of R&D owned documentation like RM Specs, Primary Package Specs, Formula Cards, Finished Product specification, Nutrition criteria, etc in proper forms approved into PI system.

 

2. Alignment Spec’s figures with involved departments

Ensure the right figures of Specs with QA, Procurement, Certificate and other departments, Regulatory as well.

3. Manage update of documentation in valid forms.

Daily tracking of documentation validity and make changes in proper time to ensure the correct and on time activity of commercial production.

4. Reports

Deliver prompt and reliable reports required product specifications, nutritional criteria analysis, tabulation of specific characteristics indicated in company’s specs, etc.

5. Presentation and shipment of company’s products to external and internal colleges

Deliver the in time shipment of products for internal and external colleges accompanied by full and reliable information deck about the products and its specification.

 

Position requirements

• 27-45 y.o

• High education; food technology, nutrition, chemist, or similar; could be mathematics or programmer but with food technology or chemist experience.

• Fluent English and excellent computer skills, skills to work with the databases

• High skills to work with people; teamwork skills

• Very well organized, punctual and accurate!
