Recruitment reason Business development POSITION DESCRIPTION: Main duties Planning, conducting R&D programs of innovative technologies and chemistries that increase efficiency for customers in both an individual and mass environment Conducting field trials of new technology solutions at industrial sites and pilot plant Optimization of current commercial products and production of processes Providing high level technical support for customers (partners), company’s staff (training & consulting) Creating and supporting the continued development and maintenance of innovative treatment performance models and scientific software initiatives (e.g., to identify potential causes of cooling system variability and abnormal conditions, including corrosion, scale and fouling) Collaborating closely with science researchers worldwide, technologists, sales and marketing representatives and customers/partners Documenting, analyzing and communicating experimental results Laboratory staff work organization, management and control Place of employment Lithuania (Kaunas) – European Union REQUIREMENTS: Education/degree: Experienced researcher with a PhD in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry; or equivalent Experience: Experience in research and development department (research Lab) not less than 5 years Knowledge and experience in development of innovative technologies and chemistries in chemical water treatment field Knowledge and experience in industrial process audit and optimization, corrosion, scale deposition prevention, process modelling, automation, on-line sensors, and industrial cooling water treatment Knowledge and experience in developing advanced control algorithms and/or data processing methods Background in applied mathematics and computer science Experience in collaboration with science researchers Strong ability to think creatively and apply it in work [*]Other skills English language (excellent, native) Russian language (excellent, native) Good computer skills (MS Office and etc.) [*]Organizational and interpersonal skills, creativity, initiative, self-confidence, effective written and verbal communication skills, leadership capability, multi-tasking, project management skills, ability to work in international team [*]Driver license B category (preference) [*]Willingness to travel and work in International company CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT: Kind of contract Long term Number of working hours 8 h per day Salary gross/month As agreed Work tools Mobile, car (if necessary), PC, social package КОНТАКТНАЯ ИНФОРМАЦИЯ HEAD OF HR Анжелика Д.
